Createroom names a function, with lambda list (&REST WORDS):

Create a new room.

This is a synonym for TOOTSVILLE-USER SPAWNROOM now.

Legacy Operator Command

This command existed in Romance 1.2 and was different than TOOTSVILLE-USER SPAWNROOM, but now they are synonymous.
